4. Data Subject (User) or Legal Representative may exercise the following rights regarding the collection, use and sharing of personal information by the Company:
① The user has the right to request DEERS to access, correct, delete, or make temporary suspension of treatment of User's Personal Information at any time.
② In accordance with Article 41 Clause 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, the user can enforce its right via document, e-mail, FAX and more as stated in Article 4 Clause 1 of this policy and DEERS will take immediate measures without any delay:
③ The user can exercise its rights on Article 4 clause 1of this policy through legal representative, and a power of attorney. In such cases, the user is required to submit a letter of delegation as specified in attached Form 11 of the Enforcement Rule of the Personal Information Protection Act.
④ The user's right to access and suspension of processing personal information can be limited in such cases under Article 35 Clause 4 or Article 37 Clause 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ DEERS may limit or rejects request to revise or delete personal information, if the personal information is required to comply with particular legal requirements or legal obligation.
⑥ DEERS has the obligation and right to verify and confirm, if the user or the legal representatives are proper, when accessing, revising, deleting and/or suspension of personal information is requested.

6. DEERS dispose the information after the purposes of its collection and usage is achieved. Procedure for Disposal, period and methods are as follow.
-Disposal Procedure
After the purpose is achieved, the Personal Information will be stored in separate DB (separate files incase written in papers) for a certain period of time and destroyed in accordance with Company policy and other legal requirements. The information saved in DB will not be used other than legislation purposes.
- Disposal Period
DEERS will dispose the Personal information within 5 days to the expiry of retention period, and within 5 days from the date it is recognized that processing of personal information is unnecessary due to attainment of purpose of personal information processing, closure of service, or business termination.
7. Installation, operation, and rejection of automatic collecting system of personal information.
DEERS do not use cookies to automatically store and load user’s personal information.

② The user has the right to contact the Personal Information Administration Center or the Officer in regard to Personal Information protection related inquiries, complaint handling, damage relief, etc. that occurred while using the services of DEERS. DEERS will respond and handle the inquiries without delay.
9. Change in Process of handling Personal Information
①This Privacy Policy applies immediately from the effective date. DEERS will notify any addition, deletion, or correction under the law or company policy within seven (7) days before the effective date through notice on Website.
